Return & Exchange Policy

At Bender Devices, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

General Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all parts and packaging included.
  • Custom Modifications: If the stock product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll gladly work custom modifications and exchange the product for you. We’ll cover the cost of the exchange. Note, this may take multiple weeks. 

Accepted Return Reasons

We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Item: If you received the wrong product, we're happy to offer a replacement or refund.
  2. Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund.
  3. Product Defect: If a part has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  4. Not Satisfied: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within the 30-day return window.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Specially ordered items that are not typically stocked. To include if custom modifications do not work. 
  • Products used or installed, except in cases of defects or dissatisfaction with custom modifications.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@benderdevices.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the product back to us. For defective items or exchanges, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the new product once the original one is returned. For exchanges due to custom modifications, we’ll handle the exchange costs entirely.
